To celebrate the release of the D&D Player's Handbook 3, we will be holding Worldwide D&D Gameday on Saturday, March 20th. This is an all-day event, so come on in and enjoy the adventure. Below are details provided by Wizards of the Coast:
Warhammer Fantasy Rogue Trader

Saturday, March 20th we'll be hosting a Warhammer Fantasy 2000 Point tournament. Instead of our usually 'Ard Boyz, we'll be running it Rogue Trader/Grand Tournament style, which means sportsmanship and painting will both be factored in to your overall score. There will be 4 matching prizes given out for the following categories:

he Shining Darkness provides Duelists with an opportunity to get Secret Rares with more frequency. This set includes 8 Secret Rare cards just like previous sets, but we’ve increased the chances to get a highly sought-after Secret Rare by over 30%. Blackwings get their biggest boost yet with this set, which includes 9 new Blackwing-themed cards. Blackwings have a huge fan base, including top-finishing tournament players and fans of the TV show, too, giving them huge across-the-board appeal. Every players will want to get their hands on the new Blackwing cards in this set.

Serving Cthulhu is fun…except for all those other cultists out to get you. So get them first! Cthulhu Dice lets you drive your rivals mad….very, very quickly. Players take turns rolling the big, beautiful, custom 12-sided die, embossed with tentacles, Elder Signs, and more. Destroy your opponents’ sanity! Better yet, steal it. But watch out for Cthulhu – when he comes up, he takes sanity from everyone! 18 glass Sanity marbles are included. Lose all your marbles and you’re mad. The last sane cultist wins…unless everyone goes mad together. Then Cthulhu wins! Cthulhu Dice plays in 5 to 10 minutes and is fun for 2 to 6 players.
HUGE Day of Magic This Saturday!

This Saturday promises to be a huge day of Magic: the Gathering here at Meta-Games. First, we will have Grand Prix Trial tournament at 11am. Format is Extended, and you can find out more information about this event by reading our forum post here. Later that night, we will have a Worldwake Gameday tournament at 6pm. Entry here is $5, format is Standard, and each player will receive a Hada Freeblade promo card just for entering. In addition, the top 8 players will each receive a Kalastria Highborn promo card, and two other players will each be randomly awarded a Kalastria Highborn promo as well. We look forward to seeing everyone for both of these events!
